Busy Bee Pediatrics is seeking to add a qualified Medical Office Manager to our wonderful staff. We are an
independent pediatric office. This allows us to be flexible and intentional in ways that larger organizations may not.
We have a caring and dedicated staff that is excited to be relevant and active in today’s health market.
Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, budgeting, ensuring steady workflows as well as providing excellent
customer service. We are looking for a team lead who has excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform
well in stressful situations. Our position requires knowledge of healthcare systems operations.

Responsibilities
Supervise office staff, develop and implement office policies and procedures
Monitor budget and oversee ordering of medical and office supplies
Maintenance of provider credentialing and medical and staff records
Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards

Skills
Proven work experience as a medical office manager and team lead
Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
Excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation

Requirements
BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or relevant field
Three to five years office work experience, especially in primary care.
Experience and/or understanding of HEDIS measures and NCQA “Patient-Centered Medical Home” recognition
Excellent references.
